Experiencing Technical Difficulties?

No, I haven’t given up.

Bear with me a little bit longer as I struggle to get this engine turning over.  A busy few weeks and a lack of poetic inspiration have kept me from the keyboard for far too much of the last month and a half.  Worse still, finding time to sit down in a controlled environment and properly taste some whiskies has been next to impossible.  Things should be coming together in the next day or two.

Coming soon…

Glenlivet Nadurra
Bruichladdich X4+3
Port Charlotte Scottish Barley
Ardbeg Kildalton
Aberlour a’bunadh (Batch 47)
Bowmore Springtide
Bruichladdich Legacy 35 y.o. (Series Three)
Dalmore 18 y.o.
Four different Laphroaig Cairdeas releases
A few 25 y.o.’s
A couple SMWS releases
etc…

Do let me know if there’s something you want to see.  I’ll do my best.

Cheers,

Curt

No one is (well, should be) complaining. It’s not like you’re being paid to entertain us.

I’d predict most of your readers like reading your reviews, but few of us would advocate letting the website interfere with your life. Especially since drinking more has so many long term health and social repercussions.

So take your time. But since you asked, I’m very keen on reading your review of the A’Bunadh batch 47, which I am planning to open for my 47th birthday ( not as far away as I wish…)

      Thanks. Appreciate it.

That particular write-up is nearly done. Either later this eve or tomorrow, I think.

      Thanks for the kind words.

Nadurra was just posted. Cairdeas in the next couple of days. It’s nearly done. Will be four in one (2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014).

      Cheers.

I hope all is well in your world and whatever is keeping you busy is all good – like reading your reviews is for me. After a busy day at the office I open my link to your words nightly to relax.

Well, it appears we now know what The Macallan has done with barrels once used for the discontinued Sherry Mac 12 and Sherried Cask Strength. They introduced the ‘Rare Cask’ to its core range with NAS, at six times the price of the old standards….

Be interested in your review. Is it worth six times the price for the new fancy bottle?

Thank you for sharing your journey and journal with us whenever you can.
